No matter where you go, there you are...
"You can run, but you can’t hide far. No matter where you go, there you are."
This line was written by Treach of Naughty by Nature, ten years ago and it still rings true today.
When you try to ease out of you element and comfort zone sometime things isn’t always what it seems. You are by the company you keep. Take for instance Sampson from the bible. He was the most talented and strongest person at that time. He got caught up by the people he associated himself with and it ultimately led to his demised. They gauged his eyes out, cut his hair, which was his strength. A simple hello sometimes can cause a stir in someone’s soul. You may think it’s a friendly gesture by extending your self, but the opposite sometimes happens. Pay attention to who’s paying attention to you. Like family and close friends. Because someone who really don’t know you is paying attention to you more than you think.
Be careful my people. Be careful. Keep God with you ‘and everything is gonna be alright.’
